Used to pay $49.99, price hike for no reason to $69.99… customer service said to switch to another provider if I want.

Truth is great!! He was patient (we had a crying 2yr), made sure me and my sister’s questions were answered, and super helpful. I feel like I got the best deal possible. I switched from metro and my sis from cricket. She was able to port her number over however metro pcs is holding my number hostage. Once I am able to get the pin to my account they will port my number over.

Terrible customer service. The guy helping me really provided no help at all. First he kept cutting me off when I attempted to ask a question and then got visibly upset when I asked him to please let me finish my question. Then wouldn't attempt to research why my device wasn't eligible for a mobile plan. Very rude, and I will not return to this store despite it being closest spectrum branch

The store is always courteous but the kiosk payment center was down again for the 3 rd time in the last 6 months so I had to wait again in the long line . Employee said manager wants the machine down hoping you will spend more time in store wanting you to buy something..
