For a birthday party can the kids were a halloween costume as long as they were gymshoes? My daughter would like to were hers all it is a black pants, black turtleneck, a skirt, headband, and gymshoes. Is she also allowed to were facepaint?

Gym shoes, and facepaint much better than mask which blocks vision. Too much accessories and baggy costumes also a no-no because of risk catching in rides. Best leave the costumes for another time because SOMEBODY won't be safe...

Im pretty sure she can, it's your child and they shouldn't have a problem with it. Like you said she just needs to have gym shoes on.
