Could use a few updates expressly especially with the arcade games.

This place is a joke now. The claw on the machines barely closes. A lot of the games were down. The cafe had 1 worker and wait times for food were ridiculous. The bathrooms had no toilet paper. Ball-o-city had no balls so the equipment was pointless. Just a really disappointing time.

Always a fun place to take the kids or if you just want to ride go karts and play some video games why not little pricey but other than that great place for birthday parties or just taking the kitties too to have a day out
I would CALL first this C-19 has business doing strange hours & temporary shut downs. Don't forget to leave your coats in the car or U can pay for a locker inside.
You can look on jakswarehouse.com it'll give you the prices. They depend on the attractions that you want. Whatever the case ... It is all reasonable. Enjoy
I don't believe they have an age limit. They have a height limited for certain activities unless accompanied by an adult but not for all. There were 4 year olds chasing me during laser tag with my kids. They're also open from 10am-10pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
It all depends on what your trying to do. We recently went and we got one of the packages with at $10 game card and unlimited attractions wrist band. I paid $119 for 4 kids.
What kind of safety and security measures are in place here? Is my child safe going to a party here for another child from school?

This place is crawling with staff, so there's eyes pretty much everywhere. Most of them are teens though. I would be sure to know the hosting parents of the party and be sure there's going to be enough adults to help watch the group, depending on age.
There are a few things for smaller kids to do but I wouldn't take my 5 yr old just because the older kids do tend to pick on the younger kids. So it's really up to you and how comfortable you feel with taking your little ones there.
The wristband is sold as a 4hr experience. There are two levels. "Jak's Rides," or "Jak's Ride Plus." The regular is $19.99 Mon-Thu and $24.99 for Fri-Su.The Plus is $26.99 Mon-Thu and $31.99 Fri-Sun. The regular comes with a $10 play card, and the Plus comes with a $15 play card.
They do have public guest wifi, but it is not very strong and not very reliable. The best signal seems to be in the corner of the upstairs cafe, nearer to the restrooms.
It depends on whether you do a wristband or a card, but it can range anywhere from a $10 card (pay as you play) up to a $100 card. Or, if doing a wristband, it ranges from $19.99 to $31.99 depending on what you pick and what day you go.
