Yes you can! They let you hold and handle every thing. They also have a indoor range even though I have yet to see someone use it.
I know they let you handle guns etc and test components, (mag fit, sights, etc) try on clothing and accessories but I don't know if they let you test fire. I'd call and ask first.
They do let you touch and test, but they don't want you testing too many...range is ok
