U r paying for the whole day even if u dropping it dog late. The best way is to go there asking questions and to see the environment and asking about the dropping hour. The front desk gal is constantly on the phone chatting can hardly to call in.
Monday through Saturday, they are open until 5:30pm, but you should get there a little before to give time for the drop-off. Sunday drop-off/pick-up is 11am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. Check their website for all these details, as well. I've been going here for 13 years and call in to make reservations and haven't had problems other than occasionally being put on hold. I've never once seen the front desk staff on the phone other than for the business.
