Just had the woman who works for Apple care try and call this store NO ANSWER!! Bought a phone costs over $1000 for Christmas store has been closed of dormant since then. This is not a COVID problem it is a Management problem!!! APPLE HAS FALLEN!

I work at Bloomingdales and the Apple store has been closed for awhile now. The store is still an active store, they just closed it for in store shopping. I did read an article saying ALL apple employees were taken off the floor. Apple is no longer doing in-store anything anymore. As of right now at least.
