Worthington State park. But I believe they close camping during the winter.
There is a great camping area in the Worthington State Forest ( on the NJ side). They are tent campsites, and are only $20-$25/night.

Yes. There are some campgrounds where you can get a spot. You are allowed to camp along the Appalachian trail and there are some sites that pretty much overlook the Gap. There are also some amazing river campsites, accessible only from the river, if you plan an overnight canoe/kayaking trip. That's my preferred camping method.
