As has been suggested, there are a number of places to start. If you want a nice hike Google Sunfish Pond.
There's no formal "entrance" that I know of. Some parts of the park have entrances such as Dingman's Falls and Smithfield Beach but those are only parts of the park. If you're looking for places to check out i would recommend Dingman's Falls and the Pocono Environmental Education Center.
This is my first time going to this place. Family likes mostly sight seeing and not hard hiking. What do you recommend? Also, isn't Dingman falls closed now?
We drove in coming from New Jersey on Christopher Columbus Highway, we veered right on to River Rd. We drove through, we left on the northern end, so im sure you can come in up there as well. Well worth the trip, to enjoy.
It would depend on the energy of the day... I let myself be guided and i find the right entrance for tgat day. Be in the flow... Namaste 🕉️
