Take last exit off rt 80 to your right, get to the entrance where the traffic light is, kepp on going straight ahead, whatch the potholes!! Pass turtle beach at your left, keep on going and watch for the post with number 10,once you see it there is a parking lot with a bathroom at your left hand, leave your car there and go across the road, walk straight up the mountain and keep following the river along the way untill you see the waterfall, it is about 1/2 hour hike from the parking lot .
If you drive on 209 North throughout the park you can go to Hornbecks, Dingmans, or Raymondskill falls. There are parking areas for the associated water fall trails. Hornbecks Creek Trail off 209 kind of pops up out of nowhere but there is plenty of parking available
