I know you can not swim in the Waterfalls, but can you at least swim on th edge of the river?????

Yes, there are areas that you can swim in. The exit off Rt. 80 there is an information center and a beach. Water is still high right now, please be safe.

The entire Delaware River from Portland to Milford is recreation. So you can swim anywhere between those points.

You can swim off the blue trail, it's not too far in.
