It depends on the trail you use and the type of stroller you have. The McDade trail is just fine for any type of jogging stroller.

There are so many trails, a stroller is not recommended. In some areas that are not uphill a jogging stroller may work. Down Rt 209, one side of the trails along River Rd and McDade are paved.
