Do you have to have a court order to use this as a way to see your child when the other parent won't allow you to?

No you don't need a court order, however you must work around their time not your availability.

Unless you both agree to use them. Otherwise, yes a court order gets you in to do visits!

Im sure if you call them they can set something up. But most of the time its court ordered.
