Very upset with my experience here. I have visited twice now and tonight I arrived at 7:35 to find the doors locked. When I was leaving I saw two ladies who were HIDING peek their heads out from behind the counter, then watched them talk when I got in my vehicle. I only needed a test that would’ve taken 5-10 mins max, but if I were in worse health this would be a more serious issue. Otherwise this care facility is outdated and the doctors do not truly care about your well-being, I was prescribed the wrong medication on my first visit that after taken sent me into a panic attack. Do not go here unless absolutely necessary.

I specifically went in for a strep test today & they did not test me. I get strep almost every year, I’ve been extremely prone to it from a young age & I told them that. I’ve tested negative for covid twice in the last 2 days which I also told them, and while they were very nice, they basically didn’t strep test me because they didn’t want to. They said I don’t have white spots in my throat (that’s a tonsillitis symptom, not a strep symptom) so it’s most likely drainage as if I don’t know my body & how I feel when I get this sickness once or twice every year for at least the last 7 years. I’ve always gone here and been satisfied but the last few times I’ve been in there I just leave frustrated.

RUDE to college students. The health center on campus did not have any openings so I just sent my daughter there.(I am several hours away) She has had a sore throat, headache, and chills along with white spots in her throat. Doctor came into the room and asked if she was a college student. After telling her that she was a college student, the doctor laughed and said "you college kids. Take Claritin and if it is still there in a week come back. You cannot be diagnosed with something after 2 days of symptoms." We will not be using them ever again!
