Local employee, Renee, was so helpful in assisting me with trying to put an old battery-powered camping lantern in working order. We tried our best but she never gave up until we had tried everything. She certainly went out of her way to take care of this customer. There should be more customer service personnel like her. We have taken the health and safety of our associates and customers seriously since the very start of the pandemic. We require associates to wear face masks and ask that all of our customers do so as well. We have installed plexiglass at checkouts, hand sanitizing stations and the teams all follow additional cleaning procedures. We also understand that customers may not be able to shop in person so we have significantly increased our shop online and delivery services to meet these needs.
