You can go everyday. There is no limit set to your dosage.
Limitations are set by your ailment, the Drs recommendation and dispensaries discretion. Yes, you may choose anything on the "menu" to ascertain a personal preference. Being 2 months old, supply/demand & stock is still in a great need for adjustment.
Not sure on the amount of times you can go a month everyone's prescription is different. But call first to see what they have in stock sometimes they are low or out if stock on items.
