I wish I can give zero stars because this place and the way it’s run is absolutely GARBAGE!!!! I went into this place today for an appointment, I was 30 minutes early and the staff treated me like I was a ghost. Even the lady in the pre test room when she done with the people before me decided to leave the door open and be on her phone for 15 minutes straight instead of moving onto her next patient (me) she just sat there on her phone, at this point at this point I was sitting their 50 minutes unassisted. The next family came in for their appointment and she went straight to them and bypassed me so after an hour I just walked out. And early that week I was ready to go in there for my original appointment but the called to cancel my appointment because a doctor was coming in a little late, so instead of accommodating me they just said sorry they couldn’t help me at all today, I had taken off from work for that appointment. This place needs better management and some different because how they treat customers is just unacceptable. Go anywhere but here even Walmart is better

This was my first time at America's best. I found all of the staff to be professional, kind, and helpful In fact, I was impressed by the way they interacted and treated one another. The entire atmosphere was... supportive. The optometrist seems really good and she explained everything. I can definitely recommend it.

I’m over the Nazareth location I called to see if my child glasses are there waited 20 minutes on the phone, still no answer 😡 This office is so unprofessional and no accountability. It’s not cheap it adds up, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
