Made an online order this morning for store pickup. Have not received an email saying its ready. How long do I wait? Also, cannot find my order form on my computer. I used my Penney's charge.

Yes 4 to 7 days is normal for non stock items.

4 to 7 business days is correct unless you placed a same day pick up order. Then you would expect a text or email the same day. I frequently order online to pick up at store and have had to call the store itself a couple of times and have them check to see if it was in. My order was in but due to an error was not notified. My suggestion would be to call the store location itself and ask to speak to online order dept. Most times this has been an excellent way to shop and save shipping charges and time.

I also placed an order like U, last wk...told me it would take 4-7 business days before it comes in..they will then contact me...but. *Mine was also NOT available in the store at time of order🤔..
