I haven't had the food yet, but I hope it's as good as everyone says it is because the guy that answered the phone did not seem happy to take the order or to be answering the phone. It's almost like he seemed annoyed that I called. ???

Try it anyway. Its a Mom and Pop spot but the steaks are awesome and delicious! Don't go for the customer service go for the food !

People who grew up on them love them. I find the steak too finely chopped, and the cheese blend overwhelming. They are HUGE though..

@Timothy Burton, how can you say that the cheesesteaks and the pizza are good when they don't even sell pizza??? Very confusing name which means I have to go 2 places if I want to order pizza and cheesesteaks. It kind of doesn't seem worth the effort unless all your ordering is sandwiches. But I finally did have the food and the sandwiches are extremely huge oh, and the customer service inside was very friendly. I will give them that. But I was a little taken aback when they say that they are Philly steaks but they put mozzarella cheese on. Didn't ask me what kind of cheese I wanted, and I figured because it's a Philly cheesesteak it would be either American or whiz, and I was wrong and I didn't like it. Mozzarella cheese is for pizzas and pizza steaks.

The steaks are big and delicious. Don't judge Mama's by their phone etiquette. The guy was probably really busy. There is usually a woman who answers the phone, who was probably not there

They get WAY BUSY at times so maybe just a bad day, but the steaks are great!

I order from there twice a month always friendly and curious

Never called before so I can't help but the cheese steak is great. I can't finish the large fyi and I'm a big guy.

Maybe a bad moment...they're usually very friendly...steaks are amazing!
