Hello, I got there at 1 something on 6/16/2022 been searching around for my bestfriend for a hour because their staff didn’t help me, they said they didn’t have a escort, but why not help a guest to see their loved one! They sat there looked at me I was stupid the lady at the front at the desk 1pm didn’t help at all!!! They need to be fired or a manager need to speak to them to have great customer service! I was in the hot heat by myself with a map that wasn’t even printed clearly and a nice guy who didn’t speak English clearly who work there WAS SO NICE to help! Even though it was hard with communication the man was nice enough and people of my own kind didn’t even help even as a lady unacceptable. I had to be on the phone with my friend because she couldn’t find the site! Smh this needs a review. Thanks for the map though it didn’t help but was a little.

I have several family members here and wish I could afford to remove them. The grounds are not well kept and the office staff is not very helpful.I found the gravesites covered in cat feces on several occasions and grass uncut I buried my father there in 2013 and received a call saying his headstone was stolen in 2015. Caller had no remorse or understanding to what had happened. Since then my mother has passed and I was trying to have a head stone replaced. The staff members in the office were not very helpful they gave me the runaround about ownership of the plot. After stating I had paperwork saying I was the owner they still asked for death certificates and power of attorney .after 15min the phone The lady came back and said they found the paperwork stating I was the owner but it would take a minimum of 5 business days to allow the new headstone to be installed ( being installed by and outside source) The staff is very unprofessional, uncaring and the grounds are not probably kept I suggest you find somewhere else to put your family and love ones
