I visited City Ave Eye Care during lunchtime yesterday and upon entering it was clear that this shop is a level above. Clean, orderly aesthetic and friendly, welcoming staff consisting of 3 employees (Alicia, Michelle, Samiyah). Each one took the time to say hello and offer a smile. As I browsed, they found the right time to ask questions and offer advice without being "salesy" salespeople. Their recommendations were great - not necessarily directed toward the most expensive brands in the store (which is common in other eyeglass shops I've visited). Instead, they suggested a mix of shapes, styles, and price points that showed they took the time to notice what I was partial to, and what made sense for my face. I'm a picky shopper and all three ladies were knowledgeable and super patient with me. Verifying insurance was quick and easy. "A-la-carte" add-ons were explained without being pushed. Michelle even worked it into her schedule to cut my lenses that day, so I was able to come back after work and pick them up. Convenient, fast, easy...overall outstanding experience. Can't recommend this store enough!

Great place! Service was fast and precise. I got my glasses the same day. Alysha customer service is on point and the doctor was so warm and hospitable. Great experience and cute glasses!

I came in to schedule an eye exam and they took me in right away! Thanks to Alicia, my experience here has been great, she was really kind and helped me choose the perfect frame! Will be back for sure

Great vibrant atmosphere. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, especially TJ.The entire exam process was completed in less than an hour, which was awesome! Definitely returning.
