Are you still picking up grass clippings? I have four bags with tags on them in front of my house. The trash and recycling were taken but not the bags of grass.

I had 10 bags of brush, with the $3.00 tags attached,we were told to put them out for the recycle truck.however they picked them up with the regular truck and not recycling truck,why do I pay a special fee? I feel I should be reimbursed 😀
