Called several times about where they leave them. I live on a corner. Trash can & Recycling Bin is set for pickup 40 feet from corner. Recycling Bin is left 20 feet after pickup. Today the Trash Can was lefted in the street on the Corner. Pickup Service guys are not putting them back. Pickup guys are get lazy.

We switched to Goods about 1 1/2 yrs ago due to poor service from another local trash vendor. Very happy we did! We used their trash pick up and later a roll off. My phone calls were always answered with a cheerful knowledgeable person. They always came thru with our requests. We last minute had to extend our pick up for one more week before moving and it was no problem - even with only 4 days notice. If we had'nt moved out of the area we certainly would have stayed with Good's!

Horrible service. Since I moved here two years ago, they have missed trash pick up numerous times and it wasn’t due to incremental weather. On one occasion I had to track them down and when I let them know they returned with an attitude to pick up the trash. Horrible experience with this company and the worst bedside manners.

It is a fee associated with the collapse of the recycling markets, it costs us $40.00/ton to process the recycling & we couldn't absorb that cost anymore, this went across the board
It is a result of the lcswma charging all the haulers a tipping fees of $40.00 per ton for recycling. Instead of receiving compensation for recycling, we now have to pay a fee to dispose of the recycling properly

I had 10 bags of brush, with the $3.00 tags attached,we were told to put them out for the recycle truck.however they picked them up with the regular truck and not recycling truck,why do I pay a special fee? I feel I should be reimbursed 😀

Ethan i just ask someone who works there and they said that if you have alot of trash you can drop it off at goods disposal and pay $3 and recycling is free
