Sometimes. They kinda make you feel stupid if you dont know everything there is to know about fabrics..
The associates have been nice, but the management has been incredibly rude. I've been shopping there for a while and the associates change frequently. Then you're just left with grumpy managers, so it's hard to say if they'll be helpful.

They are very helpful, but also under staffed. They do have a good selection of products.
I have mixed feelings. I try to be patient when trying to find/talk to an employee. They are very clearly understaffed.
I often take on projects I have no experience with and most of the time they are very helpful.

Yes. They are very friendly and helpful. They will show you what you wanted to find and they are knowledgeable about varied crafts
The ones I've dealt with are very nice.
The workers have always been very helpful to me, at the cutting counter, pointing me in the right direction, one lady even helped me go from yarn to yarn until I found a good match.
They want to help but are understaffed.
