Is it safe to have 7-8 years old swim without me being in the water? Is the water to deep? Can I supervise without going into the water?

The water in the park is not deep. When on the lazy river my son, who is 8 and my cousin who is 6 were fine even off of the rubber donuts.

Yes it's safe no it's not too deep and there are plenty of lifeguards

Safe as ever but u should be mindful this is a water park and there is a chance for an accident as these types of places has a lot of kids running around
