Yes i think you can. But make sure to carry food of only person who is allergic. They had let us carry baby food as well. They have options of pizza inside the water park. We had dietary requirement of being vegetarians, and require clean cut of pizza slices, which they readily obliged.
No you can not bring it inside the water park.You can bring some in the hotel.I hope this is helpful and you can also let them know if you order food inside and they should be able to accommodate your needs.
