Yes, we are having phone problems and are very aware of the issue. The phone company is actually here today upgrading the lines and by early next week we are being told our phones will be in fully working order. Please go to facebook and send us a message. I had the same issue, I ended up going in to make my inquiry in person. I found out their phone systems have been down for about a month, they seem to be aware of the issue but I don't know if they are doing anything to fix it.
