I have hashimotos disease and because of other reviews and the hopelessness that I was feeling in ever being able to feel normal again, I decided to add RedRiver to my treatment plan. About 6 years ago I completed their program and they changed my life. Diet and gut health is such a main, pivotal part for a person with hashimotos hypothyroidism to feel good again. After several years of feeling good and then experiencing life and the common stresses therein, I fell down a rabbit hole and again lost my health and hope. Along with that came other autoimmune disease diagnosis’. I was diagnosed with IBS and I had terrible gut pain that was not remedied with IBS medication. I could not live life that way. A few years later, I was then diagnosed with RA. During this time, I would follow up with Dr Stadler and he reassured me that it wasn’t my fault that my body was throwing these curve balls at me. I tried to work through things on my own, using the tools, information, and knowledge that Dr Stadler gave me during that invaluable 6 months of treatment 6 years previous, but I couldn’t get myself back to where I needed to be. Finally, I again contacted Dr Stadler and where so much had been lost, I requested to restart my initial treatment plan and again figure out what my food sensitivities were and if something had changed since testing them the first time. It requires strict adherence to the plan which is tough, but it is totally doable. As you feel good again, staying on course becomes more and more easy. I again feel like I felt 6 years ago. I have great energy. My exhaustion and brain fog is so much better. I never have gone off of my meds for RA and Hashimotos. That was never the goal, but to feel good and have no more severe gut pain is invaluable. Minus a few small flares, my RA has remained under control as well. Secondary to feeling good is being able to lose weight. When I am fueling my body right, keeping my guts healthy, and maintaining my blood sugar, I lose weight. It’s kind of a natural response. I highly recommend RedRiver if you have Hashimotos and you are ready to feel better. What you do and learn with them is key to changing your life. No doctor or specialist could have helped me feel better than I have felt by working with Dr Stadler. This has been the biggest game changer of my life. Truly they have given me my life back, twice now.

Very poor service by Dr Stadler. I would not waste your money. Initially a lot of hype and promises- but I spent a lot of money with no results. They are clearly too busy and Dr. Stadler truly didn't make any effort to help me. I can expound if interested.

I remember crying on the way home from my free consultation with Dr. Anderson, because I had never felt so seen and supported by a physician before. During that visit and the entire 7 months we worked together, he knowledgeably explained everything going on with my body on a level I could really take in and understand. As well as being kind and reassuring, making me feel capable and supported. I have learned so much about what to do to support my body and feel whole again. While working with Dr. Anderson and the whole team at RedRiver, I now have more energy, a stronger immune system, less reactive to foods, my joint pain has nearly disappeared and my recurring anxiety and depression has decreased dramatically. I couldn’t be more grateful for this experience and for finding RedRiver when I did.

Dr. Stadler has been an incredibly important person in my health journey, climbing back from a thyroid disorder that was triggered during pregnancy. My brain fog has lifted, I have more energy to keep up with my kids, I've lost weight, and feel overall so much better than I did when I first came to RedRiver Health and Wellness. I've learned so much and am forever grateful to Dr. Stadler, Dr. Andersen, and the rest of the team.

They took my insurance which is Blue cross blue shield federal but it was only for blood work. They don't take any insurance for visits unfortunately. Follow ups are $200 and due at time of visit.
