Bought the Ultimate wash, didn't do my wheels. Plus I could have ad a two year old dry off vehicle better than three guys drying. Go to Rocket up the road and dry it yourself and much better wash.

I have the monthly membership for a wash and interior clean, and I am going to cancel it today. We only used it maybe once a month so the value isn't there. But also, today when I requested a number 4 (which is a wash and interior wipe down and vacuum) the teenage boy had, what I would describe as, a physical tantrum in front of me. He put his forehead down on the cooler on top of the detail cart, and banged his fist on top of the cooler repeatedly and gave me a dirty look. I understand minivans are more work to detail, but I personally dedicate time prior to coming to get it detailed to clean out garbage and remove personal items so that it is quick to wipe down and vacuum the floors. I've had multiple bad experiences at the Riverton location which is why I chose to go to the south Jordan location today but it's not worth the distress. I will never be back.
