I don’t even know where to start. WORST billing experience EVER. Literally stole my money and is LYING that my insurance took the money back so they will not refund my $1000!!! Six of my family members had Covid tests at pop up SoJo location in September. Provided insurance information and have no idea why I would be sent a bill in JANUARY for close to $1500 since Covid tests are free! Contacted company and was told my insurance denied the claim. Contacted insurance and was told premier Dx sent claims in with wrong codes as well as for significantly more than what any insurance would pay for Covid tests. So Premier dx resubmitted claims with correct codes and insurance sent me the checks for amount they would pay. Already spent several hours dealing with them at this point. Most confusing part was how to pay. Insurance sent me the checks (somehow for 11 different accounts that are not connected) since premier dx is not in network with anyone (should have been a red flag). Premier said I needed to either cash the checks and send payment to 11 different accounts for my 6 family members or sign the checks and mail them along with the 11 account information. After 3 months (and at least 30 hours) of dealing with them, I finally decided it easiest to cash the checks and send them a personal check. Cost me $20 to mail everything (for these FREE to me Covid tests) and I ended up sending my personal checks and the 11 insurance checks so they could verify what I had been paid and not require me to pay more than what insurance paid. Premier ended up cashing my personal check AND the insurance checks. Did you know a check can be cashed twice?? PSA if you didn’t (since I didn’t either!). So my bank removed the funds from the insurance and gave to premier and Premier also cashed my personal check so they were paid twice! I didn’t notice until about a week later that the checks were cashed twice and the money removed and at this point too late for my bank to get the money back to me. So many more phone calls to Premier (MedUSA is the name of their billing company) and one customer agent finally found what happened to the checks. She said that my personal checks were credited to my account to show a zero balance. The insurance checks weren’t assigned to any account, so premier literally just pocketed my money. The CSR said she would get in touch with the payment department and get back to me. Two weeks later still haven’t heard anything so called again. Was told this CSR was unavailable so had to leave a voicemail. Was sent to the wrong voicemail box. Called again the next day and was told he didn’t know the rep I was asking for. Finally figured out who it was and said she was on a call. I asked to speak to someone else who was familiar with my case so he transferred me and it also went straight to voicemail. Finally the original CSR emailed me and said the insurance had taken their money back so I’d need to get the funds back from them. I called my insurance and they confirmed that they never recouped the funds and final processing was in May. Insurance also said the checks were in my name so would have gotten money back from me, not Premier, and once they mailed the check, it didn’t matter to them if I paid the provider, so no idea why Premier would say the insurance would take their money back from them. So emailed Premier and explained what the insurance told me. CSR response: “When we cashed the checks on our end it was reported to insurance, and they stopped the payment so we in fact never did get the payment from them. They would have to reimburse you for those checks. Basically, they need to reissue those checks again.” I don’t even know where to go from here! I’m sure if I asked for proof from premier that the funds were recouped I’m sure they could provide some falsified document that corroborates with what they told me. I can’t even believe a business can stay in business being this dishonest. DO NOT GO HERE. BIGGEST HEADACHE OF YOUR LIFE - and may steal your money like they have done with me.

For a company that says same day results if you show up before 10:45, I didn't get results same day, and I got tested around 9:30 am.

Changing my review - I left a one-star review stating that they overcharged us significantly for 3 COVID tests. Turns out it's an issue with medical billing, not so much their problem. They'll only charge what insurance covers. You may get bills from their providers but state they'll only ask for what insurance covers. Other than the confusing way this gets billed, the process helped us out in a bind, since everyone else required an appointment and we were in a hurry. Got the results when they promised.

Do not get tested with these people. Just got a bill for over $700. Insane. I'm shocked.

Get both PCR and Rapid just for peace of mind
When you register, they will ask questions about your reason for testing, symptoms, and if you have high risk factors. They will then tell you whether or not your insurance will cover the test and then you have to provide your insurance information.
Nobody is in the tent on the 2nd floor of the parking garage?
Hello good morning Vickie. Look you have to copy your bardcode number and put your date of birth. Good and then you give get test results. They will send you a new email and you just have the link and there you get your result. Hopefully help you
I went in at 4:45pm on a Monday and received my test results by 8:30pm Tuesday, which is ~28 hours. They say on their website 24-48 hours, so that may be faster than is typical. I would try to go on Monday, Nov. 9 around 4 pm.
They come to your car window in the parking garage.
Free if you have insurance. $125 without per their voicemail
