Does it cost money to get your pet out of the shelter? I'm asking because we have a tried several times to get ahold of this shelter and Noone has called us back

Please just go to the shelter during business hours to redeem your pet. We cannot quote fees over the phone.

Yes, because they feed & care for your pet. Most animals shelter do charge for the pet care.
