Ann, I also have not seen anything at Tabula Rasa with the LDS Temple, however all of their cards and stationery is of the highest quality and absolutely wonderful. They can also great custom for you, if that is a route you qould like to go. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend stopping by to see what they can do for you.
I dont recall them having any with a small Mormon Temple image: however, they do have a wide selection of thank you cards. All of mine are from here and they are fantastic quality!
