I broke a tooth this morning and scheduled a appointment for 10:30 am, arrived 10 min early, and the receptionist said I was not on the schedule. I had received a confirmation text confirming my appointment and showed them and the guy said oh sorry we can get you in at 1:00 pm. We had walk-in’s that are ahead of you. Our scheduling is done out east. I changed our own clients appointments this morning to make it yo that appointment! Horrible customer service! 😕

I called at 8:45 PM . within 30 minutes I was in the chair. Very customer friendly and was able to save a tooth that a different dentist told me had to be extracted. I'll be using them as my main dentist for as long as I decide to stay in Utah.
