On July 15, I tried to make an appointment for dental. The front desk asked for 99 dollars for the appointment and she said someone would call me to make an appointment. After a month I went there again to check what’s going on because I got nothing from them. Front desk said she could send a message to someone. What I can do is to continue to wait. Then yesterday, September 29, I went there again to ask what’s going on. The front desk said she could send a message again!!!!!!!! I am wondering if the front desk only can send a message! I asked to get refund, front desk said she can send a message to billing department. You charged me, but you can’t refund me. What you can do is to send a message. I just want to make an appointment. You charged me, so your job is done. I don’t know how long I need to wait. It’s already two and half months past. I got from you! You really offer great service!

Wait time is actually ridiculous. My appointment was scheduled at 11:00am & I got here at that exact time yet they’ve had me waiting in the lobby for a whole hour. Do they not realize we miss work for things like this. Not only am I losing time but I’m also losing money. Please fix the scheduling!!

Unprofessional, for a medical place they don't know how to work with insurance companies, switch their original diagnoses to charge more. Wouldn't recommended to anyone.

Gave my appointment away…..

You should call ahead. They work on appointments.
I don't think I've ever been able to talk to a live person when calling either.
This location does not offer dental services. Other Midtown locations do, although I recommend showing up really early to maximize your chances of getting care without an appointment.
You have to make an appointment. Best drs especially dr monroy. Pay acording to income max is around $28
Call Valley Mental Health services. Or call your doctor. You can always call 2-1-1. They will help you find resources.
Yes, Midotwn always accepts new patients, even if they are uninsured. They also offer help enrolling kids with health insurance.
