We will allow children age 4+ to ride with a licensed adult in a Scoot Coupe. Children must be 7+ in order to ride on the back of a double-seat scooter. We reserve the right to decline a child to ride in the event that we feel that the child may be a safety hazard.

Im not sure if a 1p year old can be a passenger on a dual scooter but they have scooter cars that he probably could go in. Best to call them
