Why is it that they not letting anyone in?! There’s parks and my family is inside they say it reached “full capacity “

When is full if you go out you can't come back in that is their rules

They don't allow any one in after they reach capacity in order to avoid problems and emergency situations that are unnecessary. The earlier you get there the better.

NJ gov is closed or it's so hot everyone went there for the day and it actuly is at full capacity
