They offer refunds either through the app or talking to someone. They do keep the "convenience" charge if you do it through the app, so if you're trying to get that back too/trade in your tickets for new ones, you might want to talk to someone.
They do have a rain check policy. You should check with the movie theater or their website to see exactly how the policy works. But I'm pretty sure they cover it.
