Is there a policy to return another day if you never made it to a show and tickets were purchased?

According to their policy, Refunds must be requested prior to One Hour before showtime.

There is no "one hour before the show" refund policy for Alamo that's for Nitehawk. Ive gotten a refund 15 minutes before a show. Just call and do it before showtime.👍🏿🇱🇷
