Any really, but under 6 is frowned upon I believe. They have special showings just for kids so they can talk and move around (look at the listings, usually on the weekends in the morning).

I'm not sure if the staff frowns upon kids younger than 6, but the patrons might. It's a theater so normal rules apply if such a thing exists. Before the movie starts there's a warning about disturbance by patrons during the movie. You get one warning and then you're asked to leave, which is made very clear. Either way, a lot of families take their kids to this theater.
Well behaved 10 and up
They're pretty firm on not disrupting the movie for others, so if the kids are behaved it shouldn't be a problem. And, as Jason said they do show kids movies...
