Yes, downstairs it'll be OK. And earlier in the day it might be okay upstairs, but it definitely is a bar that serves food. I don't see kids there often but my friends bring their baby for happy hour.
we love kids at Mom's. families are welcome before 7pm with a parent or adult guardian in the downstairs dining room. we also have free arts & crafts every Sunday. hope to see you at Mom's soon!
