We have a $50 "NON GIFT CARD" that apparently expired in October of 2017... How can these "expire"? We don't live nearby and so now, when the time is right to use the card, I discover it's expired! I didn't think cards were allowed to expire in Ca?

It's not a gift card. It's basically a discount card from Flemings. A gift card is something you purchase .

Edward is correct. Those cards do expire unlike traditional gift cards

You can always contact them and ask if they would honor it. Never hurts to ask!

Gift cards don't expire! It's probably a promotional card, that does have expiration!
