Usually this Starbucks is good; however, today I ordered my usual cold latte with NO ice. The barista, a tall, Black man gave me a drink that was only 2/3 full… When I asked why my coffee was not full, he said because there was “no ice”. I order this drink at least 3 times a week from multiple different store locations and NEVER have they only filled up PART of the cup. That’s simply unacceptable. When I asked him to fill it fully, because I paid for a whole drink, he begrudgingly filled it to **almost** but not quite full and said absolutely nothing to me, no apology. This is an unacceptable way to treat a loyal customer

Been here a few times and TWICE they have forgotten to give me my order. They made and gave everyone behind me in line their drinks and I waited 15 mins for mine on TWO occasions. Today I decided to give them another chance and same thing happened and my Iced “matcha” tea latte just tasted like pure milk, not matcha. I understand Starbucks is such a fast paced and very demanding work environment but Ive been to much busier but better locations.

This startbucks was amazing the person that took my order was so nice and made sure to warm my food up correctly , pretty nice and clean aswell.
