Not for Chocolate world where you buy chocolate and souvenirs. There are several attractions inside that you have to buy tickets. (Trolley ride around Hershey, making your candy bar, a cute movie, and taste experience). For Christmas they have built a house out of chocolate!! Absolutely Beautiful!!

No, if you go to the factory only, you have free parking and free tour. If you go to the park, yes you need to buy a ticket on line or on site
U can tour the factory for free and u have 3 hours of free parking as well. There are 4 other things to do there that do require tickets and they sell them individually or in different packages. U can make ur own candy bar, do a chocolate tasting, solve a 4D chocolate mystery, and ride the trolly. We picked 2 of the 4 extras to do and it was $15 a person.
