There's a short ride with songs and animation which shows the chocolate making process as if you are actually in the factory. I don't know if you are able to go into the actual factory.

There's a free ride that they call the tour, but its more of a Disney type ride, doesnt really show the factory. You can pay for a bus tour that might go to the actual factory, I didnt take it.

There is a tour to show how the chocolate is made. Its not really a tour through the factory itself but they have simulated it pretty well as to what they do.
