If it is for a person's with disabilities placard that you hang on your mirror, you can just make an appointment to renew your driver's license and get the placard at the same appointment (no need for separate appointments). If it is a sticker to place on your plate, you would need to mail in your request for that. We cannot issue those in person at the driver's license service center.
