I lost my wallet this weekend and do not have a copy of my social security card. What documents do I need to get a new drivers license? Also, my drivers license that was included in the wallet was a Colorado dl if that changes anything.

If you are now an Iowa citizen, you can get your Iowa license. You can create a list of what you need to bring with you to get your Iowa license at https://iowadot.gov/mvd/realid/success.aspx. As long as the license you lost was valid and not expired, you should be able to get an Iowa license without testing.
