My last visit was for a passport. If the guy at the desk hasn't worked as a ride attendant for an amusement park at some point, he missed his calling. Highly entertaining while also including all the pertinent information. I kept my arms and legs inside and was finished applying in no time.

It shows on the box what time they pick up mail, like 4:15 pm on Monday - Saturday.

Since I bought a condo, I was told to get the mailbox key from the post office, is this true?

Only if the seller did not leave you 3 keys to your mailbox. If the seller did not then you will have to go through the USPS to get a new lock and keys.

My sister is Jane Sheehy at 1323 SE Delaware Ave. #11 in Ankeny. Her mail box is jammed half open and will not accept the key to get her mail. Are you able to let the carrier know to fix that.
