Customer service at this location is garbage. I called to see if they had any cigar boxes they said yes we have plenty. Came to the store to find all but one destroyed because they just tear off the tops and throw them around. And they charge you for them…which wouldn’t be a problem if they were intact. And they ID you to buy an empty box. Drive 30 min across town to be told I can’t buy a $1.40 empty box because I forgot my Id.

I use the pickup at the store since the start of COVID. Order and pay on line, they communicate quickly and accurately. I've been phoned once when they were unable to fill an item. They have never disappointed me. They have everything loaded in my trunk within five minutes or so after I arrive. I hope they never discontinue the service.

Good luck getting any good whiskey here. Manager hides bottles. Waited this morning for BT to unload their allocation and the managers said they didn't get anything in and that another truck was coming later. Makes no sense. THIS STORE IS AWFUL. 👎👎

We were was followed by a female employee who wore glasses. We initially asked another employee where we could find a product. She insisted she would help us find it so we let her assisted us. As we arrive to the aisle, she asked me if this was for me. I said yes but why is she questioning who the product is for? After she helped us find the product, she stood behind us as were awkwardly deciding which one we were going to purchase. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. How about you train your employees to not interrogate your customers and let them shop in peace.
