Since she was very young, our daughter has been enthralled with Food Network and similar programs and she enjoys exploring different foods, creating new recipes, and hosting meals for family and friends. For her 21st birthday, she wanted to learn about and try wine. After talking with friends and some on-line searching, we found Time for Wine. From my initial conversation with Charles, I could tell that he was truly knowledgeable and personable. At the party, Charles presented a broad spectrum of 5 international wines in a delightful way. We had 12 guests ranging in age from 21 to 92, some of whom consider themselves wine connoisseurs. Each one learned something new and was impressed by Charles. We highly recommend Time for Wine and hope to have an occasion to bring him back to learn even more.
