Yes it's open on those days and the actual entrance is free. There are activities you can select but these have associated costs. The ride telling the Hershey Chocolate products and the from cocoa bean to the various products is free. It is handicap accessible too. There are products for sale and a variety of merchandise for sale too. There is a bakery and several food options available. You can park free for up to four hours with parking charged afterwards.
We park tickets purchased online and it included a game and a meal.
Chocolate work is free but they take your photos and have a photo book at the end if you want to purchase it..I think it was around 35$ maybe?
