Owners have to stay a minimum of two nights and point costs vary by season. In order to stay for cash you will need to rent directly from an owner, abnb, vrbo, or Wyndham extra holidays as this is not a hotel.
I don't think you can stay here by the night. I'm pretty sure that you have to be owners or family/friends of owner.
